I made yet another batch of fudge the other day. Interestingly I find that it’s a very relaxing thing to do, and I’m doing it whenever I find myself bored. The upside is that I’m getting very good, and I’m understanding fudge generation better and better. The downside is that I have stacks of fudge that really shouldn’t be eaten simply by me and my family.
My recent solution has been to wander around my classes giving out fudge to anyone who will take it, but after my mother recently took a batch to a lunch meeting I hit upon an interesting idea: sell fudge.
I like making it, and I love experimenting with new ways of doing stuff with it, so why not make some money from it? So that’s something I think I may pursue once school lets out for the break. Maybe I can make some easy cash…
